After almost 10 years in business, Park Place Title has closed its doors allowing Linda Adams (its principal) to finally retire after over 35 years in the real estate title business!
Effective January 1, 2013, all active business and related files have been transferred to First Empire Title for closings. Rest assured, the team at First Empire Title will cheerfully and professionally assist you and your clients in a manner very similar to that of Park Place Title. They will kindly handle any post-closing matters to the best of their ability with our archived files. You might even recognize some of the friendly voices and faces in that office!
You may email Barbara Stewart at Barbara@firstempiretitle.com, Nancy Licari at Nancy@firstempiretitle.com, or Melissa Devitt at Melissa@firstempiretitle.com for further assistance. First Empire Title is located in beautiful downtown Orlando in the BB&T Building (the same building in which the Citrus Club is located).
